The *only* remaining issue on this bug is getting NNTP services (aka news.mozilla.org) moved out of AOL's server farm.

[I'm removing the transition alias for this bug, since there's not a need for us to have a friendly alias for this bug at this point, and the-presence-of-the-alias means folks like me typing transition into the bugzilla search box (e.g. to find bugs about css transitions) will inadvertently end up here instead of at a search-results page.]
