215286 - move misc webtools (browser buster, patch landing, etc.) from komodo to axolotl

The miscellaneous webtools on komodo need to be moved to axolotl as part of the
process of transitioning mozilla.org to the Mozilla Foundation.  Preliminary
work can be done now, but axolotl needs to land in its new colo space before the
final switch is flipped.

Was this ever done?

I know browser-buster wound up on mecha instead of axolotl (because everyone
complained that they couldn't find it, and since it was under webtools, it made
sense :)

I don't know what else should have been moved and whether or not it was though.

I'm going to assume this was done, as it's been well over a year, we no longer
have access to the old machines, and nobody appears to have missed anything.
