Despot needs to be moved to mecha as part of the process of transitioning mozilla.org to the Mozilla Foundation. Preliminary work can be done now, but mecha needs to land in its new colo space before the final switch is flipped.

This appears to be done, but the https: version doesn't work. It just hangs when you try to connect (I don't even get connection refused or anything). Are we missing a hole on the firewall for port 443?
We might be missing a firewall hole, but the secure version isn't set up on mecha. The secure version on lounge was using NES 3.6, which doesn't run on our version of Linux, and had an expired certificate anyway. We need to set up a new Apache-based secure server on mecha, but that's probably a different bug.
