When Firebird is the default browser in a WinXP setup, the Internet icon on the
Start menu shows the Mozilla Seamonkey icon instead of the current Firebird icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make Firebird the default browser.
2. Enable the Internet icon on the Start menu (Control Panel -> Taskbar and
Start Menu Properties -> Start Menu tab -> Customize)


Actual Results:  
The Internet icon is the Mozilla Seamonkey icon.

Expected Results:  
The Internet icon should be the Mozilla Firebird icon.

This bug is spun off from bug 199386 comment 12 and may be dependent on that bug.

This works for me, I get the correct icon.

Bill, not a dependency actually.  I know where the bug in 199386 is, but icons
have nothing to do with it.  A change in icon will sometimes take a reboot to
refresh in that entry, it did for me when the icon changed, its more a
limitation in WinXP than a bug in Firebird.

Well, it hasn't worked for me (and at least one other person) through numerous
Firebird uninstall/reinstalls and Windows reboots ever since the new icon came out.

I'm not too worried about it.  I mostly filed the bug because of the comment in
bug 199386 and because I see it too, and because it hadn't been filed.

Ironically, this magically starting working correctly after installing the
2003080808 build.  Resolving WFM.
