0.9.15 on 2003071814 W32 and 2003072514 OS/2.

To reproduce:
1-Open browser
2a-Click an irc:// link, or
2b-Select a bookmark with an irc:// URL

Actual results:
1-Statusbar is ~1/2 height
2-Statusbar displays no status information nor icons

Expected results:
1-everything where and how it belongs
this is the same as the no-status-in-firebird bug, because fb users can *only*
start chatzilla from a link.  fix coming soon.

The chatzilla 0.9.x branch has landed on the trunk and should be available in
tomorrow's nightly build.  If you believe this bug has not actually been fixed,
please repoen it.
