Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a div that has text overflow set to auto
2.Create an input type text with position absolute
3.
Actual Results:  
The text cursor or caret was clipped or hidden

Expected Results:  
Displayed the text cursor or caret

absolutely positioned input type="text".

Duping to 167801, that also is also about caret disappearing when
position:absolute and overflow:scroll is used.
