Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030728 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030728 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1
The Windows version of Firebird allows the user to hold the Ctrl key while
clicking a link, to open that link in a new tab. In the Mac version, holding
Shift opens in a new window, holding Option does save-as, and holding Ctrl
brings up a context menu with the option to open the link in a new tab. But the
Command key doesn't do anything. This essentially takes all the convenience out
of the tabbed browsing functionality, since I have to use the Ctrl key and
select from the context menu.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold down the Command key
2. Click a link
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
Should have opened the link in a new tab

In the future please file Firebird bugs agaisnt the Firebird (and not Browser)
product...
that said this is a duplicate of bug 204640 and all methods of opening in new
tab but middle click should be fixed when the new builds start showing up again.
