If you click cancel to the master password question because you don't want to
enter it, you get asked for it another time. You have to click cancel again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have id and pw stored for a site.
2. Restart Firebird if you entered the master pw in this session before.
3. Browse to the site.

Actual Results:  
The master pw prompt pops up. If you click cancel, it pops up a second time. You
have to click cancel to make it finally disappear.

Expected Results:  
Don't ask for the master password if I clicked cancel the first time.

If you enter the master pw in the second prompt, only the password is filled
into the site, not the id.

A related problem is in Tools-Options-Privacy-View Saved Passwords. If you
didn't enter the master password before, and don't want to enter it, you have to
click cancel once for each password stored in the password manager: If you've
got 5 passwords stored, you've got to click cancel 5 times. It should stop
asking after the first time.

and many times after cancelling the two master password dialogs firebird crashes :(

Bug 220214 is actually a duplicate of this. But it fixed this problem. So I mark
this bug as a dupe of that.
