Need to launch the "Mozilla Installer" args file from the browser.xpi install
script (hence browser.xpi should be the last component in all setup types) once
the browser installation has completed.

This is not fixed completely because I forgot to add the relative path of the
folder that gets created by the install scripts: Mozilla Folder. The fix is a
one liner to the config.ini templates.
