A scheduled bookmark with all info checkboxes checked, doesn't do anything. So
if the page changed the bookmark checker did not infor the user about the change.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bookmark for a frequently changing page
2. schedule the bookmark (every day, midnigth to 11pm, all 3 minutes)
3. in notify: check all checkboxes
4. Wait till the page changes
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens, no warning

Expected Results:  
The checked Notifies will happen.

VERIFIED with 20030817
Sorry but the firebird_nigthly zip file from the 20030818 was corruped.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
