In Full Screen (F11) there is no way to see if a page is loading or not unless
if the page is loading in a tab.
A fix for this would be to use diferent toolbars for normal and Full Screen
(like ie6 does) so users could put a activaty indicator in the full screen toolbar.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
that bug is for different toolbar for fullscreen
