The Cookie Manager window should have a Maximise button to make it easy to see
all information without having to resize the window and then resize the columns
within the window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Cookie Manager
2. Can't see all info so have to resize window and columns




Hmmm, well, I suppose it should have a minimise button as well ;-)
