Tinderbox is currently busted on mecha.
Since this set of bugs are all the same, probably everything but bugzilla should be forbidden right now sinch bugzilla is the only thing that I know of that is officially, publically announced on that server.
Tinderbox hasn't been moved yet. There's nothing there to work. (As far as I know, Bugzilla is the only thing that's actually been set up on mecha so far) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 215199 ***

done. everything under webtools except Bugzilla is now chmod 700.
