when you increase the font size to display correctly a site, it will be nice if
the change apply only on the siet and not for all the future site of the window/tab

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.yahoo.com
2.increase the font size with Ctl +
3.go to www.google.com

Actual Results:  
the size of the font is very big for google

Expected Results:  
does not apply the change for other site. if a site has specified too small
fonts, it is not mornam that other sites are affected

Tabs make an effective workaround. Opening a page in a new tab uses the
defaults, leaving the zoom in other tabs unchanged. Note that Ctrl-0 restores
the font size to your default.

It sounds like what you really want is to set a "minimum font size".
You can do that under "Preferences / Appearance / Fonts"
