218135 - [pwd-mngr] Going back to page with saved password does not refill password

Going back to a page with a saved password (tested: vons.com, bugzilla login
page) leaves the password field blank.  The username field is still filled in.

This bug is present in Firebird 09/02.  It is not present in Firebird 08/27.

I think this bug is due to the fix for bug 216395 and layout history: layout
history fills in the username field, and password manager skips the form because
the username field already has a value.  If that's what's happening, a possible
fix is to allow password manager to fill in the password if the stored username
matches the username field's value.

Sheesh Jesse - are you actively searching for autocomplete bugs? :) Someone
should have nominated you for Autocomplete QA.

Seeing in Linux as well with 20030901. It seems as if fixing bug 216395 is like
whacking pop-up prairie dogs at the county fair.

I still have same symptom on the amazon.com. The build is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows;
U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040302 Firefox/0.8.0+.

1. Visit my store at www.amazon.com.
2. Track my recent orders.
3. There is my e-mail address in the box but not refill my password.
4. If open Sign In pege by selecting "click here" under "New for You", the
password is refilled.
