Mozilla build 20030913 8:47am seems to have broken the execution of bookmarks
from either the menu or the toolbar.  All that happens is you get a quick flash
in the status area of the URL, and then the word Done.

Similarly manually typing in an address in the address bar results in the same
effect.

Build 2003091103 works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Choose any bookmark from the menu or toolbar

Nothing.

Expected Results:  
The page should have been loaded.
