Everything was alright with the 9/11 build.
9/12 and 9/13 build has the same problem.

Confirming. The 12 & 13 September nightlies are horribly broken.
Browser: Attempting to load any URL results in either an indefinite 'resolving
host foo.com...' or an instantaneous 'Done' with blank page area.
Mail: hangs on 'resolving host foo.com...' , never gets any new mail.
