Links on left side of page will not work.  Cursor remains an arrow also.  Works
fine in IE6, links cause cursor to "point".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to http://www.medicineshoppe.com/
2.  Click on links to the left of the page.
3.  Nothing happens.

Actual Results:  
As stated above.

Expected Results:  
Expected the link to take me to "Find a Phamacy" page.
