When i create a new header, for instance "X-Spam-Flag", with the "More" button
and return to the "Filter Rules" window i'm not able to select the newly created
header anymore.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new filter
2. Add a custom header with "More"
3. Try to select the newly created header
Actual Results:
Not possible to select the newly created header
Expected Results:
Well, one would expect to be able to select the header :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new filter.
2. Add a custom header with "Customize".
3. "Add" or "Cancel" to close "Customize Headers" window.
3. Try to select the newly created header.
Actual Results:
Dropdown box doesn't drop down. Stuck on "Subject". New custom header appears in
working dropdown list after closing and reopening "Filter Rules" window.
Expected Results:
Dropdown box with all options, including new custom header.
