The next time the browser is started, it does not restart quick launch. We need to manually restart quick launch, by going to the preferences, removing the check mark for quick launch, going to anothe preferences tab, back to advanced, and re-check the quick launch option. Then closing the preference window restarts quick launch. This is not a version specific issue, it has happened on all versions we have used since 1.1 or so. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
