User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030908 Debian/1.4-3 StumbleUpon/1.8
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030908 Debian/1.4-3 StumbleUpon/1.8
When using the "Text Zoom" tool (under the "View" menu item) drop down list
boxes (i.e. those widgets specified by the SELECT HTML tag) are NOT resized (the
text inside IS resized, the frame box around NOT, so the text inside is cropped.)
Everything else in the page, including TEXTAREAs, is resized properly: ONLY drop
down list box(es) are not.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any HTML page containig at least one DROP DOWN LIST BOX (SELECT HTML tag.)
2. Enlarge the text in the page using "View/Text Zoom" menu item.
3.
Actual Results:
Everything in the page is resized (enlarged) properly, according to the selected
zoom factor, while the drop down list boxes (SELECT HTML tag) is NOT resized, so
the text inside (which is correctly enlarged as well) appeared cropped.
Expected Results:
Mozilla should resize also the frame of the drop down list box(es), exaclty as
(correctly) happens with the others form widgets like INPUTs and TEXTAREAs.
I'm using Debian Gnu/Linux unstable.
Mozilla is packaged by Debian; package version is 2:1.4-4 (which is the latest
available at the moment.)
