I'm presuming this is still the correct way of getting a CVS account for write access.
What's the correct number to fax the form through to?
Fax number is 650-937-2103.

Ian: form received. Are you requesting CVS check in privileges or just access to docs? The former requires some SRs to post in the bug. If is the latter, then I can go ahead and process your account with SRs posting, but with just someone vouching for you in the bug.
I vouch for Ian for checkin priveleges. He's done a lot of useful work and understands the review process.
