Defining two News-Accouns (with different identities) for the same News-server 
(192.168.10.2 local news proxy).
Every account uses different newsgroups.
1. Problem Mozilla tries to use the same newsrc file by default
2. The scound account always asks me if I would like to subscribe my already 
subscribed newsgroup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. different news accounts for the same news server
2. subscribe different newsgroups for every account




Expected Results:  
Using different news accounts for the same news server with different 
newsgroups should be no problem.
