Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030728 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1
Build Identifier: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.5rc1/

When I receive an email (let's call it 'A'), it arrives in my Inbox. After
reading it, I delete mail 'A', and it moves to Trash. Then I empty my trash, and
mail has gone. But my ~/.mozilla/leva/6evuvtx7.slt/Mail/<szerver>/Inbox file is
not empty. If I look at it, it contains email 'A'. And it contains all of my
emails which I have deleted so long ago. I have to delete it by hand if I want
free space on my partition. It is like that with all of my folders, and
subfolders which has a file in my .mozilla dir. The only folder which is realy
empty when I delete an email from it, is the Trash folder. But all of the other
folders archives my mails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive mail
2. Delete it
3. Empty trash
4. The mail stays in the ~/.mozilla dir
Actual Results:
The mail stays in the file, but it is not in the mozilla mailer.

Expected Results:
Mozilla should delete my mail from the files in m ~/.mozilla dir.
compact your folders to solve this intended behavior.
