Details

User-Agent: Opera/7.20 (Windows NT 5.2; U) [en] Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030925 The Display window for each tab bounces up and down. It doesn't mater which page you visit. It happens 99% of the time. If it doesn't happen at first, loading a new tab will sometimes cause each window of each tab to start bouncing. Also, minimizing the browser always causes the bouncing to start. The bouncing will stop whenever the browser is busy loading something. To describe the bouncing another way, it looks like the browser is scolling up and down one line really fast. It also does it on pages that are not long enough to scroll. Another way to discribe it is, the top border of the status bar appears and dissapears and causes the text and everything on the page to move up and down. If the status bar is hidden, it still does it, so it is like a border appears at the bottom of the webpage and then disappears over and over again. Again, it doesn't matter which web page. The same problem started in RC1. This is on Windows Server 2K3 Enterprise Edition Build 3790 Mozilla was installed fresh. All files in the "Mozilla" profile from the last install were deleted. The last Mozilla was uninstalled and the program files mozilla.org directory was deleted. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start Mozilla 2.If the webpage isn't bouncing, minimize the tab and it will bounce. 3. Actual Results: see above Expected Results: The webpages should bounce Mozilla is unusable like this. It needs to be fixed for the final.

Yes. That's it. I have an empty personal toolbar. I chose to hide the personal toolbar and the problem goes away. Sorry, I didn't find that other bug when searhing before I posted. Please instruct as to what I should do for the status of this bug entry since it has already been posted as bug 219643. Thanks
