As part of bug 130070's fix, the "Mark Folder Read" menu item is now displayed 
for accounts (and "Local Folders" and newsgroups).  Selecting it does nothing, 
as expected.  It should be removed from the menu.

If someone is looking for an item to replace it with, I suggest bug 93001.
