Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030926 Firebird/0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20030926 Firebird/0.7 I click a link an an HTML mail in Apple's Mail application. Actually it works in the text version too. URL is http://www.deanforamerica.com/contributenow. Firebird is already running. Instead of getting a new browser window showing that URL, I get a window with the following error: XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Lcation: chrome://navigator/content/navigator.xul Line Number 46, Column 1: <window id="main-window" ^ Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Read e-mail in Mail w/ http://www.deanforamerica.com/contributenow url in body 2. Have Firebird configured as default web browser in internet Preferences 3. Click that URL in Mail app Actual Results: Got error window Expected Results: Should get Firebird window with that URL displayed
Checked what happens if Firebird not running. I clicked link in Mail and page launched successfully. Then I clicked again (w/ Firebird still running). I got error window.
Sorry, looks like a dup. My first search didn't show anything I recognized. More searching turned up http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=210553#c3 that seems to match my report pretty exactly.
