221004 - users transitioning to Firebird need a confirmation option for close application button

If you are a user of e.g. IE, and you normally open a new window for a new page,
the tabbed link feature is WONDERFUL ... until your built in habit of closing
the current window has you close Firebird, including all your tabbed links
waiting to be read....

If you have this reflex built in, tabbed links are entirely useless :-(

A solution: a preference that causes a pop-up window to ask for confirmation on
closing the application.  For those who keep their browers open for a long time,
this would not be too obnoxious.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill Firebid with lots of tastey tabbed links to look at
2. Accidently hit close window due to old browser reflex

Actual Results:  
Application terminates, along with all your saved tabbed links, forcing you to
reconstruct from memory the list of links you were going to read.

Expected Results:  
Allow (through a preference) asking for confirmation on close.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
