"border-collapse: collapse;" causes sometimes a loss of table-borders when
opening a site containing php-Templates.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto: "http://www.borbarads-erben.de/borbarads_erben_helden.php"
2. Look at the little tables and compare them to each other

Actual Results:
Some of the cells in the little tables have a lack of borders
We would need a testcase for this (http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/bugathon.html)

Attached file Test page
I have created a simple page that shows the bug. If a "border-collapse:
collapse" is applied to the first table, the second one lost the inner borders
(tested in Mozilla 1.8a5).
