221307 - first two characters stripped when saving from Fileplanet

Was downloading the xiii_mpdemopatch.zip file from fileplanet, and it saved on
the hard drive as ii_mpdemopatch.zip.  It did it everytime I tried.  The status
bar showed the filename right.  I have not tried other files or other browsers.

Instead of showing the correct filename in the save file dialog, firebird had
ii_mpdemopatch

Expected Results:  
xiii_mpdemopatch should have shown in the save file as

I'm using the luna theme for firebird.  If I see this issue later, I'll expand
on this bug report - I don't really have time right now.

Invalid until one can take time to provide enough information to triage the bug.

You could at least put the URL of the file you're talking about in.

file.  I'll try a few more files and see how reproducible this bug is.

I just tried another file from fileplanet and it cut off the first two
characters on that filename as well, this time just using the open feature
instead of saving.  The new file is ut2004_gameplay_gsi.zip and it is opening as
2004_gameplay_gsi.zip.  I'll try some more files from other sites (fileshack,
and some that don't have "lines").  I'm opening back up the bug as well.

I've tried some other files, and looked in my download history, and only
fileplanet has caused this issue.

Firebird/0.7+ it strips the first two characters from the suggested filename
when saving.  Not sure why this is, though the download link has a huge number
of spaces at the end
