After updating mozilla many old skins do not work anymore. When you select such
a 'old' theme you get an warning and the option to delete the theme. But after
doing so, the Apply Theme Drop down does not apear any more. You have to close
and restart the Browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto view - apply theme - select an old theme that doesn't work with 1.5-RC2
2. click OK to delete the theme
3. try to go to 'view - apply theme - select an theme' again - you will not be able
