221989 - I want to disable mail notification (biff) while receiveing just Junk

The main damage of spamming concern our lost of time in seeing and deleting. The
better weapon against it is ignoring.
So I would like to disable biff when I receive just mail evalued as spam so that
I can be forced to verify spam just when I want.
I set spam from all e-mail account moving to same folder. So every time I
receive that stuff, I am notified by biff and I have to go and click at least
one of my e-mail account to toggle off notification icon. That waste of time is
a spam victory. I would like to completely ignore it and making a check to
verify junk filter work just once per day.
