Isn't this essentially a dupe of bug 207315 (chop up editor.js) and bug 207317
((chop up mailnews.js)? At the very least it depends on those two bugs.

So this is a meta bug under the meta bug 171082 ?  Sounds a bit pointless to me.
 I'd say dupe it to 171082

no, this is part of that work, but a little more focused than "minimize the
build size"

and no one dupe this, its a bug a dev filed against himself for something he
intends to do, so its up to him to dupe/resolve as desired.

Sounds pretty vague to me.  It has been more than 6 months.  Is noririty still
planning to do this?  Or is it just a metabug for the others?
