Restarting the browser results in normal page rendering unless the problem page
is re-visited

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to the home page at http://www.betanews.com/
2.  Click on the "More Information" link
3.  The page will start jumping

Actual Results:  
The page will start jumping


Expected Results:  
Not cause jumpy pages

System is an Athlon 2500XP with 512M, Radeon 8500LE, CDRW, DVD, 3Ware 7000 IDE
Raid controller.  Epox 8RDA motherboard, bios date 09/30/2003
