Details
bug 154927 automated Seamonkey setting of localeVersion in variuos chrome files
at build time. Firebird is going to do a change there in bug 215328 or bug
217410 and I proposed to use the preprocessor there.
Thunderbird should automate setting of localeVersion as well, I believe.
I'll probably post a patch here that uses the preprocessor for setting the
localeVersions for Thunderbird - but don't take that for granted...

fixed for mozilla/mail. mozilla/toolkit really needs this change too.
