When I resize the browser window the page oscillates up and down. It looks like
one of those silly javascript shake scripts and makes the page virtually
impossible to look at/read. The oscillation stops when I go to another url but
if I resize that it restarts.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open web page
2. drag corner of browser to resize browser window
Actual Results:
the page oscillates
Expected Results:
The page should not oscillate
