It looks like one of those silly javascript shake scripts and makes the page virtually impossible to look at/read. The oscillation stops when I go to another url but if I resize that it restarts. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open web page 2. drag corner of browser to resize browser window Actual Results: the page oscillates Expected Results: The page should not oscillate
