This bug is split off from bug #21920. (I'm leaving #21920 to cover the
table problem that rickg noted in the lower half of the page).

Summary: Line-height inside TD is too high (?); skews table layout

Overview:
 The line-height in the part of the table at the top of www.tsn.ca appears
to be too high for the content that is contained. Nav 4.x displays a smaller
line-height. The result is that images within the table, that are intended
to line-up, are offset by ~6px.

 If I set style "TD {font-size: 10px}" for the cell where the text is already
supposed to be that size, then the table lines up as 'intended'. [Structurally,
the table looks fine, but it is one of those tables with multiple colspans
and rowspans that can be problematic].

Tested: WinNT 1999122008

I think this was fixed by my compatibility-mode fix for bug 24186, possibly in
combination with other changes.  Marking as duplicate of an already fixed bug.
It should be fixed now.

Yep. I agree. This is a dup of bug 24186 and it is fixed for mac(8.6), 
linux(rh6.0), and win98 on today's opt comm bits.
