something about scrollbars isn't quite right as the window gets to a certain
height. the min height of the scrollbar seems to be taller than the min height
of the scrollable area. 20031020/0.7+

I'm seeing this on the Windows build as well (20031021 Firebird/0.7+). If I
shrink the window in the horizontal direction, it reaches a point where it can't
be shrunk any further, and the scroll bar remains intact. If I shrink the window
in the vertical direction, however, it'll reach a point where it begins to eat
into the scroll bar arrow, then the rest of the scroll bar, and then proceed to
shrink the entire window to just the title bar. Maybe this is intentional?

This problem also exists in Seamonkey, both for Mac and Windows. In the Mac
browsers, vertical shrinking should stop before the scroll arrows are overtaken,
but instead it eats them. In Windows, vertical shrinking should be allowed until
only the title bar is left (which happens), but the scroll bar arrows should be
the last thing remaining of the scroll bar before it disappears entirely (and
they should 'shrink' out of existence). Instead, the arrows are merely linearly
erased while some of the scroll bar is still there.

Hmmm, would fixing bug 48798 fix this one? I thought the UIs for Seamonkey and
Firebird were separate entities and would need to be fixed individually. Could
be just that I'm clueless though :)
