But it worked in older versions. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have a certificate for the recipient 2. Compose mail 3. Select "Encrypt this message" 4. Send mail Actual Results: Mail not sent, nothing happens. Expected Results: Sending mail like normal mails.

1.6a is broken on win32 because of a missing PSM. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 224340 ***

But I don't use the 1.6a! I'm using a nightly from 20031024 with PSM (https a.s.o. works).
