22456 - Message|Move cascading menu doesn't display folder icons

Build 1999122108M13: Mac 8.5.1

Overview: Look at the Message|Move or Message|Copy cascading menus that display
the folders. It just lists the names of the folders without icons.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open mail using an IMAP or POP account
2. Select Message|Move to view the folders
3. Select Message|Copy to view the folders

Actual Results: Only the name of the folders display, no icons appear.
Expected Results: It should first display an icon for each mail folder
(this includes special icons for special folders, regular mail icons for
user created folders) followed by the name of the folder.

Additional Information:
- NT and Linux have their own problems but always display a special icon or a
folder icon.

Assuming you get the folder names, and not the icons, this can be fixed after
beta1. Marking M16. Seth, is this really your bug?

clearing milestone, m17 and m18 are meaningless now.  these need to be triages
along with the rest.

Patch I'm about to post on bug 46177 appears to fix this also.
(please keep this open till that lands though, both need to be verified 
seperately, I feel, as the patch is quite involved)

Is this still a problem for the Mac?

This was actually fixed by Mark's patch in bug 46177. Then it broke on trunk when we switched to cocoa - but that was fixed for a while ago. Marking as fixed.
