Proposal for an enhancement: Save pages under their <title> name instead of
their filename.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Many file names are gibberish (i.e. 3245041.html). 

Expected Results:  
It would be more practical for many users to save as the Title of the page i.e.
"BBC News Today: UN assembles elite task force to hunt down World Peace.html".
