Bug list should provide a (perhaps optional) "Totals" or "Summary" row in its 
results.  This should include (for selected bugs) a bug count (in the bug # 
and/or summary column), a total hours estimated / worked, overal percentage 
completed ( divide totals, don't add percentages i.e. 25%+25%+25% = 25% *NOT* 
75%) , number of unique reporters in the reporters column, total votes cast, 
in the votes column, perhaps a pie-chart of severities in the severities 
column, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do a bug querey
2. look at the last line of the results
3. there should be a row marked TOTALs or OVERALL or something similar

Actual Results:  
such a line doesn't appear
