Whenever I create a new email account the Account Wizard starts asking for Your
Name and Your email address. Even if clicking on the text input field does not
make a cursor blinking there, which would indicate the input focus for the
input field.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
Three things: 1. Cursor should be blinking initially when the window is shown
and 2. Cursor should be blinking in whichever input field is left-clicked with
the mouse to show the input focus, also 3. While the input focus changes
correctly even with Tab-ulator it doesn't change the absence of cursor blinking
when e.g. switched from Your Name input focus to Your email address input focus.
