what's be really nice is if we could include a comment field for changes.

if i had one of those, i'd use it when i revoked, and possibly when granting.
i might even use it to annotate a person who i decided not to give privs.
in which case i'd probably cheat, first grant the priv listing the reasons to
consider, and then revoke it immediately "this isn't good enough, need to see more".

Personally, if we allowed a comment field, I'd suggest not showing users who
granted/revoked privs and instead rely on the person granting/revoking to
indicate who they are in the comment field "please contact: so-and-so via
such-and-such if you have further concerns".

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
