Function inoperative regardless of number of days entered

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have junk mail in "Junk Mail" folder
2. Enter "x" number of days desired
3. Wait... and  wait.. because the junk messages are never removed

Actual Results:  
Does not delete messages from folder 

Expected Results:  
Remove messages after the number of days entered in the control window

I have reported this bug before and was informed the bug was fixed. I have
loaded the 1.6, 1.6a, and now 1.6b versions of Mozilla and the problem still
exists for my installation.

Anne, please search for bugs before you file new bug reports. This bug has been
filed already, and even today there was another dupe.
