I change the cookies preferences, but after i click OK and reopen options, all
cookies preferences are unchecked

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check some cookies preferences
2.Press OK
3.Reopen to see the cookis preferences
Actual Results:  
All cooikes preferences unchecked

Expected Results:  
Remember my settings
