I allready add my comment for sites which offering online shopping and don't
behave correctly with Mozilla:
www.ooshop.fr (bug #185161)
www.vertbaudet.fr (bug #89563)
www.ecocartouche.com (new one found)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Due to different sites, there's no steps to reproduce, but a common behavior:
little buttons or counter for adding article to caddy aren't working. So
shopping on these online shopping sites isn't possible!!!
Actual Results:
NO RESULT!!!

Expected Results:
Follow javascript actions linked to these graphic components (buttons, arrows,
numeric fields, etc).

OK. I understand that Mozilla dev team should care of supreme problems, much
more important than those reported by this french guy which needs to shop online!

I working as System Administrator in a heterogeneous environment (PC Windows, PC
Linux, OSX, SGI), and it's an obvious option to NOT installed IE or Netscape if
I want to reach a minimum level of peace and security in my systems! So the
choice is: Mozilla (except for SGI, but I'm sure it will happen one day!).

These problems that I encounter at home when shopping online exist at office for
users who are surfing daily.

Mostly, every time someone or myself discover a javascript problem, it isn't due
to the Mozilla javascript implementation itself, but due to faulty browser
detection tests at the server side. Because web developpers don't know what
Gecko is or how to correctly implement it, and because they are still
programming tests for IE and NS but nothing else. Most of time, these tests lead
to errors or misconfigured variables, which in turn, lead to innapropriate
behavior of Mozilla for the remaining consultation of the web site.

It's obvious for me that Mozilla dev team do not have to care for stupid people
who don't follow universal rules (Gecko). If those guys don't understand by
themselves that the more their browser detection tests are wrong, the more they
lose online customers, shame on them!!! But in the same time, us, standard users
and surfers who believe in Mozilla (!), are sanctioned by the unavailability of
these sites, which, otherwise, function very well with IE.

So, why don't you offer us, a way to fake these faulty browser detection tests?
By example, like Opera do. A way to tell these stupidly encoded sites "Hello I'm
IE 6!", and we keep using our preferred browser.

Best regards,
Mikee.
