I'm trying to get to grips with tabbed browsing, but find it frustrating that I
still end up with multiple windows open because many sites use things like
target="_blank" to force the creation of a new window.

It would be nice if firebird had the option to open these new windows as new
tabs instead of completely separate windows.  Without this I often find I get
loads of windows open, then have to close them all, which leads to me
accidentally closing windows with several tabs open and losing data (which
happens without a prompt in firebird! see separate bug).
