when one clicks on a link with a target "_blank" or similar one that results in
the link opened somewhere else than the current tab, a new window is opened.
there should be, at least, an option that lets you choose if you rather would
like a new window or just a new tab.
concrete: no new windows should be able to open up, only new tabs should be created.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. <a href="http://www.orf.at" target="_blank">somewhere</a>
2. click on the link
Actual Results:
a new window is opened
Expected Results:
a new tab should be opened

You can have this behaviour by using Piro's tabbrowser extensions, available on
this page: http://white.sakura.ne.jp/~piro/xul/_tabextensions.html.en
