Any XML document being viewed in the "document tree" format is reduced to plain
text, no formatting whenever I click-drag with my scroll wheel button. This is a
standard 2 button logitech mouse with a scroll wheel. Clicking down with the
wheel (not scrolling, but clicking) produces this bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load any valid XML file
2. Using middle mouse button (the scroll wheel), click as if to drag-scroll

Actual Results:
XML document was treated like HTML, xml tags that are not standard html tags
have no effect on the display, thus the page turns to plain text as if all
<tags> were escaped.

Expected Results:
Should preserve XML document tree formatting while I scroll and after I stop
scrolling.
